About the D100
The D100 – low volume heated dispensing system is portable, easy to clean and use, and can dispense 3 -16-ounce tumblers of delicious hot gourmet beverages per minute. Our patented FloHot technology means you never have to worry about your product being scorched or having a burnt taste.
The D100 uses pressurized gas to draw beverages from bulk containers (such as Bag in Boxes, kegs or soda tanks), through the FloHot heating system and out the faucet. Though CO2 is most commonly used, the dispenser can easily accomodate compressed air from either a tank or compresser in place of CO2. Nitrogen can also be used when serving beverages that are sensative to oxegen exposure.
Unlike other hot beverage dispensers, we don’t have to trade quality for speed. The D100 continually dispenses hot beverages at the same flow rate as today’s fastest beer taps. All of our D-Series Dispensers are available in multiple faucet configurations to include multiple hot and cold faucets so you’re covered in all seasons.
How the D-Series of Heated Dispensers Work
Cold = Freshness
Dispenser is placed on a counter or refrigerator. Keg or Bag in Box is stored in refrigerator to maintain optimal quality and preserve your product.
Hooking Up
The draft beverage line hooks up to the back of the hot tap dispenser. If you're using product from a Bag-in-Box, a pump will be needed to pull product from bag. We supply everything you need!
Pull the Handle
As you serve from the hot tap, the liquid flows through the dispenser and is heated on-the-fly to your desired temperature which is set on the digital thermostat.

D100 Features
20 Amp Utility Plug
The 100 Dispenser utilizes a 8 foot heavy duty20 amp cable with a Molded 20 Amp Utility Plug.
Reversible Controls
Dispenser can be ordered with controls located on the front (standard) or back of the dispenser
John Guest Fittings
John Guest fittings can be specified on back or bottom of dispenser depending on installation location
Reservoir Filler Flap
Used to fill or top-off circulating water reservoir. A minimum of 8 inch clearance above dispenser is required.
Heavy Duty Power Switch
The lighted heavy duty 30 amp power switch is located in the lower left rear corner of the dispenser
Dispenser Configurations
The D 100 dispensers can be configured in multiple faucet configurations to meet your specific needs. While we are actively heating beverages with our dispensers, we are NOT actively chilling beverages. Like a beer tap, our cold faucets are pulling chilled beverages from a cooler box.
